  • Control portion sizes to avoid overeating. Eat small and little and chew the food properly. Stay away from your smartphones and have mindful eating.
  • Limit processed foods, sugary snacks, and sugary beverages. And stay away from alcohol and tobacco.
  • Furthermore, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

Regular Exercise

  • Doing exercise regularly improves mental health, weight management, bone strength, etc.
  • For a well-rounded fitness routine, exercise cardiovascular exercises (e.g., walking, jogging, swimming) and strength training (e.g., weightlifting, bodyweight).
  • It is very important to do physical activities to have a healthy and active body.
